Travel & Accommodation

Glasgow has 2 airports; Glasgow International Airport and Glasgow Prestwick International Airport and 2 main train stations; Glasgow Central and Glasgow Queen Street. It also has a subway system which is a convenient way of traveling around the city.

Delegates should make their own arrangements for accommodation but we can provide a list of nearby hotels on request.

Travel by Car

  • From the North- via A82 and M8 Exit junct.15 (Cathedral)
  • From the South-via M74 and M8 Exit junct.15 (Cathedral)
  • From the East-via M8, Exit junct.15 (Cathedral)
  • From the West-via M8, Exit junct.15 (Cathedral)
  • From junt.15 follow road round to the right (past Strathclyde University Bookshop-Stirling Road), leading onto cathedral Street. Take 1st left onto Montrose Street.
  • Richmond street is the last left turning before the road intersects with the main road.

Travel by Rail

The closest station to Corinthian is Queen Street Station; you would then continue on George Street, past George Square, until reaching Montrose Street (2nd set of traffic lights), Richmond street is the next turning on the right.
